For council contract work or parkland maintenance the Wessex Landmaster 2000 and 4000 series cut it. With an integral over-run clutch, adjustable anti-scalp skids, and numerous features including optional hydraulic side shift, these heavy-duty flails stop at nothing.

Featuring 4 wheels for a premium, even finish on estate lawns and fine 
turf, the Country finishing mower leaves grass looking a cut above the
average. 3 overlapping rotors prevent unsightly uncut strips while the 
wheels are easily adjusted to the perfect height. These mowers are 
available in 4 working widths, and are ideal for mounting to compact 
tractors from 12 hp+ (depending on model).

a reputation as a tough performer. Heavy hammer flails pulverise tough material while a full width adjustable rear roller 
maintains an even cutting height. These machines can be used in-line or offset, and are available to suit compact 
tractors from 15hp. The Country flail mower is the machine of choice for the discerning smallholder!

Available with a choice of blade or chain cutters, the Wessex Scrubmaster is simply unstoppable. Use the Scrubmaster to maintain woodland rides, tree plantations and pheasant shoots, or for general heather and gorse clearance. The fully floating headstock allows the slasher to be dragged across rough ground with minimal stress to the frame, while a heavy galvanised chain takes the weight of the machine when lifted out of work.
